Galen Robert Robertson

Galen Robert Robertson passed away on October 1, 2018 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was 55 years old. Galen was born on December 3, 1962, in Hiawatha, Kansas to Betty A. Wilson Robertson Sawyer and Robert C. Robertson. Galen attended school in Horton, Kansas and worked in construction.  Galen married Brenda Goetz in Excelsior Springs, Missouri. They later divorced.

 

Galen is survived by a son Clinton R. Robertson of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, a brother, Don E. Robertson, Royal, Arkansas, a sister Roberta (Bobbi) J. Smith of Holcomb, Kansas and dear friend Mark Wilson of Kansas City, Missouri.

 

Galen is preceded in death by his mother Betty, father Robert, and step mother Marjorie. Galen will be fondly remembered and missed by many family members and friends.  A private memorial will be held at a later date.

 

Memorial donations in memory of Galen may be made to The Salvation Army 6723 State Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas. Make payable to The Salvation Army in Memorial to Galen R. Robertson in the memo.
