Marshall Joseph Anderson, 40, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away January 31, 2010. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 3:00 PM at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 6422 Santa Fe Drive, O.P., Ks. Marshall was preceded in death by his grandparents Mary and C.D. Marshall of Overland Park, Ks. Survivors include his mother Jo Anderson, daughter Krissy Jans and fiance' Kimberly Terry.
