George (Sonny) H. Thorpe, Belton Missouri passed away February 27, 2010 at home. A celebration of life service will be held March 20, 2010 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Southfork Clubhouse, 1301 N. Scott, Belton, MO. Sonny was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his lifetime partner Mary Cannady-Elgin, sisters Carol Culver and Merlene Brownson and brothers Rawley and Paul Thorpe.
