It is with a heavy heart that the family of Leah Pearl Gee, age 31, of Gardner, Kansas, will place her to rest. Leah, born in Denver, Colorado July 15, 1986, raised in Kansas City, Kansas, passed away in the early morning of March 4, 2018.

When anyone was around her, Leah had a way to brighten everyone’s day. She was a devoted mother, daughter, lover, and friend. She was also very active in the recovery community up until the very end. She is now free to help us all daily and guide through her love. Her greatest joy in her life was her family. She would do anything for anyone, not just for those she loved. She also loved live music, camping, cooking for others, and life in general.

She is survived by her 4 loving daughters, whom she adored, each with all of her heart; Kaia “Yaya” (11), Caydence “Taters” (9), Kennedy (3), and Marleigh “May” (5 months). She is also survived by her mother Tracy Kennedy, sisters Rachel Gee and Sara Price, brother Jared Gee and her fiancé Jeff and many nieces and nephews.

Leah’s memorial service will be held 10:30 am, Saturday, March 17 at Church of the Resurrection West, 24000 W. Valley Pkwy. Olathe, KS 66061. Contributions to the children’s’ scholarships fund can be made at https://www.gofundme.com/leah-gees-funeral-memorial-fund or in person at the service.
