After a courageous battle with cancer, Christopher Allon Huber, (Chris), 47, of Overland Park, KS, passed away at his home April 13, 2019. He married his wife, Donna Kay Churchill on March 25, 2006, in Enid, OK.
Chris was born August 6, 1971, in Bellingham, WA. He attended Bellingham Schools from kindergarten through high school. He received an associate’s degree in automotive technology from Skagit Valley College in 2005. Chris was an over-the-road truck driver for 15 years for various companies. He earned the Presidential Fleet Honors and Safe Driving Award with Arrow Trucking. His last job was driving a school bus for First Student in the Olathe School District for two years. He loved driving his small bus and keeping the students safe.
Chris loved working with his hands. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and could fix almost anything. He spent time on the computer researching auto mechanics and conversing with friends.
Chris attended church for all of his life and loved the Lord deeply. He was always available for his friends.
Chris is survived by his wife Donna Kay Huber of Overland Park, KS, his father, Larry Huber, Rice Lake, WI, his mother, Sharon (Levien) Huber, Bellingham, WA, brothers, Kenneth Huber and Michael Huber, (wife, Skyla, and nephew, Callum), Bellingham, WA, half-sister, Elisha Kupper, Cameron, WI, and half-sister, Erica Huber, Cumberland, WI.
