Vivian M. Franjoine, 98, of Overland Park, KS formerly Niagara Falls NY passed away on March 9, 2020 at Sunrise Senior Living of Overland Park.  Vivian was born in Tyler, PA on August 23, 1921 to the late Anthony and Caroline (Moon) Franjoine.  Vivian worked at Niagara University as an Executive Secretary until her retirement in May 1987.  Over her 46-year career at the University, she received many honors and distinctions including the President’s Medal.

Vivian is survived by a sister, Edith (late Chester) Stanish of Olathe, KS, a niece Sandra Stanish of Olathe, KS, nephews Gary Stanish of Superior CO and John Frangione of Bentonville, AR.  She is predeceased by her parents, two sisters; Felicia (late William) Pendergast, late Catherine (Walter) Stanish and a brother, the late John (Bernice) Frangoine.

A funeral mass was held in Overland Park KS and interment will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
