Oh my dear sweet FREIND! You were there thru all of my life events from raising teenagers, laughing at all of the experiences of life and learning from all of your travel novels and what you experienced there. These last few years have been so fast but anytime I would text, you would always respond with such positivity. I am going to miss you and your antics but will never forget our FRIENDSHIP! Love you to the MOON and may your soul "rest in piece". Until we meet again!

Bart & Beth were a joy to work with while building, and furnishing, their new home in Parkville. Bart had such a positive attitude , and great sense of humor. His smile, and great stories, made the process of “decision making” fun. Praying for Beth, his daughter Margie, and the other family members, as they navigate through this very difficult time. With my sincere sympathy, Marsha Marsden Madden McFarland Interiors

Brat was my grandfather and the most open minded, open hearted, loving individual I’ve ever know. At any point in my life I needed to call onto someone, he would seemingly just appear. I cry for and miss him each day. However, I’m grateful for every single story he told me, each piece of life advice, and unwavering love but mostly because he was my very best friend. Grandpa Bart was a man of many talents, some outshone and some secret. But one talent he accelerated at was ensuring you not always felt and we’re loved but that that love was unconditional. I’d do anything to have you back but know you’re in peace. Keep a watchful eye over us my sweetest man. Until I can see that beautiful smile, contagious laugh and unconditional love again, I know you live on in each and every one of us. I never knew I could love someone the way I loved you and you taught me to take that heart and pour it into those who needed it more. I miss you. I love you. Cheers at the bottoms of the glasses, forever.

My dear neighbor, friend, midnight gamer and godfather to precious Riley. You taught me and my family the importance of family, love and forgiveness. I will forever be thankful for your wisdom, love, laughs - “I didn’t stay up late to lose” during game nights and stories. Bart’s pride and joy was Beth and his kids, so my deepest condolences to all of you during this difficult time.

I never saw Bart without a smile or without volunteering to do help with something. Rest in Peace.
