Angela Marie Miles, Age: 50
Aug 19, 1972 - Feb 13, 2023

Angela Marie Miles, 50, died peacefully on February 13, 2023. Born August 19, 1972 in North Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of the late Pamela and Roger Miles. She graduated from North Kansas City High School in 1990 where she was involved in cheerleading and school musicals. She was also an accomplished All-American member of the Pom Pom dance squad and attended the dance conservatory at UMKC.

With one look at Angela, it was hard to not be mesmerized by her innate beauty and charisma. She had many talents including makeup artistry, interior decorating, horticulture, and dancing – particularly on the hood of cars to White Snake’s – Here I Go Again. She loved to love and was passionate about showing and expressing her love to others daily. The biggest pieces of her heart, however, were consumed by the love of her daughters, son, and grandchildren of whom she was so proud.

Angela is preceded in death by her mother, Pamela; father, Roger; brother, Tyler; and fiancé, Mark Bono.

She is survived by her three daughters: Nina Huggins and her husband, Cody; Lauren Kenney; and Alexis Mueller; son: Luke Bono; granddaughters: Harlee, Mila, and Blakely Jo; siblings: Rishelle Deckard, Stephanie Miles, Kristina Craven and husband, Michael, and Ginny Waters and husband, Shaun, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 11 a.m. at Park Hill Christian Church. The family will receive friends at 10 a.m.

My heart is broken. Angela and I have been friends since age 14. We were in cheerleading and PomPon together as well as HS musicals. We tried out for the Conservatory of Dance at UMKC together, and celebrated getting in together! Our lives took different turns from there, yet our friendship was still in tact every time we got back together- it was like we’d seen each other the day before. We had lunch one time after Pam passed.... Angela was such a beautiful, talented soul. Her beautiful children and grandchildren carry her gorgeous light into today and everyday forward. I’m blessed to have known her, and pray she is greeting me when it’s my time. My own cheerleader! I’m so so sorry I wasn’t able to make the services. My love and prayers to her family.

Dearest ones, I was so saddened to hear of Angela’s passing. I can picture her beautiful face and beautiful smile embracing her mother in heaven. Life is all too short, but I’m Sure she lived her life well and leaving a beautiful family to carry on her loving spirit. God Bless you girls. It’s so hard to say good-bye, but you will meet again some day where there is no pain and sorrow. 🙏😔🙏 W/Lots of love, Grandma JoAnn
