Obituary of Sheila Kay Voeller

She was born in Harrisonville, Missouri to Walton and Violet Marriott, on October 19, 1951.

Sheila was a unique combination of kindness, will power and surprising insight in many ways. Her life long collection and love of all things hippos and all things related to those who shared her attention to this unique piece of nature. It kept her smiling and nurtured a global community that was her extended family. Though she did not pursue graduate schooling, she was far more intelligent than many expected as anyone who took her on in games, memory and examination of current events would attest.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and Brother William Dean

A private Celebration of Life is being planned but date is not set.

As per Sheila’s wishes, a formal service will not be held.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established with a charity to be announced
