Mary Ricketts, Age: 96

Mary Ricketts ,96 ,of Kansas City, MO, passed away on April 16, 2024.  She was born on July 11, 1927, in Kansas City.  She was a housewife but also enjoyed teaching crafts and taking Tole Painting lessons at the Kansas City North Community Center.  She taught decorative art classes for the North Kansas City School District Continuing Education Program.  She loved creating unique crafts for shows that she participated in and for the annual church bazaar.
 
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Earl and her oldest son, John. She is survived by her sons, Steven and Michael and daughter Janine, 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
