Robert Cameron Clark, 33, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, September 25, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with depression.
Born on February 16, 1992, Robert was a lifelong resident of the Blue Springs area. He graduated from Blue Springs High School in 2010 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army as an Information Technology Specialist.
Robert will be remembered as a very compassionate and funny guy whose kindness extended to all living creatures, especially his beloved cats. He had a knack for storytelling, which he shared through games like Dungeons & Dragons and various card games. When he wasn't immersed in the digital world of computer and video gaming, he was a lifelong learner and an excellent speed reader.
He shared a special close relationship with his sister, Kat. They enjoyed attending anime conventions and concerts together. Robert often traveled to visit her at different college campuses.
For six years, Robert devoted his love and care to his late mother until her passing, demonstrating his deep commitment to his family. Though his battle with depression was long and difficult, his family will forever cherish the laughter and warmth he brought into their lives.
Robert is survived by his sister Kat DeWald, Kat’s husband Nicholas and their three daughters, his beloved nieces; and his father, Neal Clark and Neal’s wife Lara. Robert was preceded in death by his mother, Karen Clark.
