Michael “Mike” Dean White, 69, of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on September 29, 2025 surrounded by friends and family after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Belleville, Illinois in 1956 to Stanley and Sarah White, Mike grew up with a love of the outdoors and a knack for working with his hands. He graduated from Grandview High School and went on to work in a variety of trades, including construction, car mechanics, and truck driving. His lifelong passions were classic cars, playing on his drums, riding motorcycles, and spending time on the lake. He was a jokester with a quick wit and good sense of humor and was quick to help others in need.
Mike is survived by his long-time companion, Julie Boyle, and her 4 daughters; his children: Terry (Dani) Moss and Ashley Foland; his grandchildren: Alexis Moss, Gage Moss, Natalie Moss, and Jordan Stevinson; his siblings: Jeff White, Stan White, and Betty (Gary) Clifford; his nieces and nephews: Matthew White, Michelle Clifford, Kyle (Abbie) Clifford, and Melanie Brown Hickcox; great grandchildren; great nieces and nephews; numerous close friends; and his beloved dog, Lydia.
Mike is preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Sarah White, and his sister-in-laws, Shirley White and Kathy White.
Memorial services will be held at Belton Cemetery on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 1:00 p.m.
