Rhonda K. Loyd, Age: 61

Rhonda K. Loyd, 61, passed away surrounded by love. Born with a heart for service, Rhonda dedicated her life to protecting and supporting children who could not speak for themselves. After earning her bachelor’s degree in social work, she spent her career working for the state, serving foster families and investigating child abuse and neglect. Her compassion, strength, and unwavering commitment to vulnerable children made a lasting impact on countless lives.

Rhonda was a proud and devoted grandmother to her five grandchildren, who brought her endless joy. She poured her whole heart into them, just as she did with every child she worked to protect.

While her absence leaves an immeasurable ache, we take comfort in knowing she is reunited in heaven with her mother, whom she missed dearly. Rhonda will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she touched through her work and her love.

To Rhonda's daughter and grandchildren, she knew you loved her. She is free of all her pain and suffering. Think of her now running through Heaven's grass loving her freedom. So very sorry for your loss. Your neighbor.
