Marilyn Lee Langstaff Maslen, Age: 86

Marilyn Lee Langstaff-Maslen passed away in Raymore, Mo. at age 86 on February 25, 2026.  Marilyn was born in Tobaso, Ohio to Floyd and Leona Langstaff on November 7, 1939.  She graduated from Bellefontaine High School in Bellefontaine, Ohio. 

 

Marilyn was predeceased by her former husbands Willie Burkhamemer, Robert Maslen II, and her son Mark Burkhammer.  She is survived by her sons Marty Burkhammer of Bellefontaine, Ohio and Michael Burkhammer of Germany; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends. 

 

Marilyn was employed for many years with Hancock Fabric and Trans American.  She loved going to the American Legion Post 21 in Independence, Mo. every Saturday night for the dance. She also enjoyed her special cat, Jinny. 

 

As per her wishes she will be cremated with no funeral services. She will lay in rest in Bellefontaine Ohio at a later date.

Marilyn I shared a car to and from the bus that stopped in Grandview when she lived in an apartment off 150 HWY. We worked together at Transamerica Kansas City MO. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was a delight to work with.
