Gwen E. Sprague, 74, Gladstone, MO, passed away April 9, 2026, in North Kansas City Hospital. She was born October 4, 1951, to Harley and Juanita Sprague in Kansas City, KS.

After receiving her master’s degree in library sciences, she dedicated her career as a medical science librarian. Gwen enjoyed photography, local history, and animals.

She is survived by Lee Brashear, sister; a niece and nephew, and 3 great nephews.
