It is with heavy heart we share the passing of Lillian “Bea” Beatrice Van Gorden (Kiff) Age 77 of Kansas City, MO. She passed away May 21, 2026, at Liberty Hospital in Liberty Missouri.
She was a wonder mother and grandmother who enjoyed having family over. Survivors include son Brian Van Gorden and his wife Sarah. Daughter Dawn Van Gorden Significant Other Mike Woodard. Grandchildren Haley Van Gorden significant other Jeremy Schroeder, Stormy Farmer, Zane Farmer, Tarrah Stigger, Cierra Stigger, Lauren Van Gorden and Kaiah Van Gorden. Great grandchildren Elliana and Amellia. Siblings Joyce Russo, Sharon White, Del Kiff and George Kiff.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Michael Lee Van Gorden, mother Georgia M. Kiff, father Gerald C. Kiff and her brother Gerald “Ronnie” Kiff.
She attended Turner High School in Kansas City, Kansas and went to college at Missouri Western State University in St Joseph Missouri to receive her teaching degree. She enjoyed meeting up with her friends at TOPS Club and Red Hats. She really got into teaching knitting and crocheting with the group she started called Yarn Talk.
She wished to be cremated with no service. Memorial donations can be made to American Heart Association.
