Rosemary “Peg” Weed was born to Anthony and Sophia (Wilkey) Reddington on July 11, 1937, in Union County, Iowa and passed away in Olathe, Kansas on July 9, 2026, two days before her 89th birthday.
She was a resident of Iowa until 2000 when she moved to Overland Park, Kansas to be closer to family. She is survived by her children Barbara, Brenda, and Bradley; grandchildren Isabel, Veronica, Nina, Merek, and Vesta; great grandchildren Nerea and Ember.
Peg will be interred beside her husband L. George Weed in the Orient Cemetery, in Orient, Iowa.
