Born March 25, 1949 to Roy W Fase and Dixie K Fase.
Worked in a plumbing warehouse for 14+ years.
Enjoyed bowling and playing golf. After retirement enjoyed yard work and traveling.
Survived by his wife he loved very much. 2 brothers, 2 children and many nephews and nieces.
There will be no services or burial. No donations please.
