Donald Jack Self, age 70, of Independence, Missouri born September 11, 1956 in Sentinel, Oklahoma passed away on September 25, 2026.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul CLifford Self Jr., mother Gloria Faye Self, Thomas Paul Self, Bret Alan Self and Scott Benton Self.
He is survived by his son, Brandon Alexander Self, daugher Kelly Marie Dolley and three grandchildren.
